Monstrom

History: One thousand years ago, the alien who would be known as “Monstrom”crash-landed his ship in the swamps of bayou country. The alien placed himself in a state of suspended animation until Earthlings were advanced enough to help him repair his ship. One day, awakening and rising out of the quagmire, the alien went to a nearby town. The fearful townspeople drove Monstrom off with gunfire and torches. The alien returned to the swamp and sank into the quicksand by his ship. He placed himself into suspended animation to again wait for a time when humans were not so ignorant and barbaric.

Height: 20 ft.
Demonstrated Powers: The cyclopean alien had great strength and could smash through a barricade. He was impervious to rifle fire. Despite his great intelligence, Monstrom was unable to communicate with humans because he could only make guttural sounds. Monstrom displayed no other special abilities.
