The Alien Observer
History: An alien visited Earth and his appearance frightened the populace. Unable to speak any Earth languages, the alien visitor was thought to be a threat. When armed forces attacked him, the alien was able to protect himself with a force field. Finding humans to be barbaric savages, the alien left Earth.
Height: 7 ft.
Demonstrated Powers: The Alien Observer could project a force field around himself that was strong enough to withstand artillary fire.

This was actually reprinted in the UK, in the black and white Alan Class titles like Sinister TAles, Secrets of the Unknown and Uncanny Tales. As soon as I find my copy of it, I'll post which issue it was in.
