Meet... the Monster!

The Creature From Krangro

History: Warriors from Krangro attacked and conquered countless planets, enslaving the populations. The Emporer of Krangro ordered his top military commander to go to Earth and bring back three Earthlings as slaves. The commander landed on Earth and went to a house. Firing stun guns at three figures within, the commander took the three back to Krangro and presented them to the Emporer. The commander ordered the three Earthlings to beg for mercy, to plead for their lives, but no matter how he threatened them, the three stood unflinching. Thinking that Earthlings were too courageous and could never be enslaved, the Emporer ordered his commander executed, never realizing the three “Earthlings” were only statues of Presidents Washington, Lincoln, and Roosevelt.

Height: 6 ft.
Demonstrated Powers: The Krangroians were powerfully built, but never displayed any feats of strength to guage a strength level. The warriors of Krangro had a fierce reputation and were armed with a variety of weapons.

Comment: Fooled by statues?! Oh well, guess the Krangroians shouldn't feel too badly; after all, Reed Richards scared The Skrulls away with story panels cut out of “Strange Tales” and “Journey Into Mystery” comic books in Fantastic Four #2.

Could the statues have been models/non-mechanical prototypes of the audio-animatrons later used for Disneyland's Hall of Presidents?
