The Thought Master
History: The elderly Barnaby Wade had the power to make his thoughts into reality. Wade's use of his powers drew the attention of the world-conquering mastermind known as The Yellow Claw. Placing Wade under his control, the Yellow Claw first used Wade's powers to attack FBI agent Jimmy Woo. Woo later freed Wade from the Yellow Claw's control.
Height: 5 ft. 6 in.
Demonstrated Powers: Barnaby Wade had the power to bring his thoughts into material existance. He could create simulations of living creatures (soldiers, lions, dinosaurs) or create life-size structures (the Sphinx, the Statue of Liberty). It is unknown if Wade had any limits on what he could create, although he was left physically exhausted after using his power.
Comment: Speculation - It is possible that Barnaby Wade could naturally manipulate the same energies later found in the “Cosmic Cube” (a device created by the subversive group A.I.M. which could alter reality to the thoughts of its wielder).
Comment: The Thought Master demonstrated powers similar to The Mutant Telepaths.
Comment: Similar powers to the Thought Master were displayed by the young mutant Willie Evans Jr. when he created distorted duplicates of the Fantastic Four in Fantastic Four # 203.
L.R. 'Skip' Collins (introduced in Fantastic Four # 234) also displayed similar reality-shaping powers to an even greater degree.

There was also Leonard Tippett, a Harlan Ellison-inspired character, in AVENGERS (VOL.1) #101. According to Uatu the Watcher, Tippett's psionic mutant powers made him a threat to the entire space/time continuum! *
To a lesser degree, there was also Winston J. Kranpuff. He could take over other people's bodies, similar to Dr. Doom, Karma, and (initially) Proteus McTaggart.
*An extreme version of the so-called “Destiny Force” that Rick Jones has been known to tap?
