Ufo
History: The humanoid alien known as “Ufo” was manipulated by the world-conquering mastermind known as The Yellow Claw into destroying American missles tests. After having the Yellow Claw's true evil nature revealed to him, Ufo left the Earth and returned home.
Height: 4 ft. 6 in.
Demonstrated Powers: Ufo could manipulate “cosmic energy” (which caused a lightning-like display) and use it for a variety of purposes such as moving things via telekinesis, creating force fields, and causing seismic disturbances.
Equipment: One-man flying saucer
Comment: Ufo has a slight resemblence (in appearance and powers) to The New Seeds of the 2001: A Space Odyssey series; possible connection?
Comment: “Ufo” should not be confused with The U-Foes, the supervillain team introduced in Incredible Hulk # 254.

I see Ufo the Lightning Man as an Atlas age Silver Surfer not as a villian.I hope if there is a second Agents of Atlas mini-series or series that he teams up with them.
