Wilbur Fiske
History: In the “future” year 1963, Wilbur Fiske was a biochemist who blamed his life's failures on his short stature. One day, Fiske created a growth serum which increased his size to gigantic proportions. The serum continued to make Fiske grow until he became so tall that he could no longer breathe in the thinner atmosphere; but before Fiske suffocated, the growth serum lost its potency and Fiske returned to his normal height.
Height: 4 ft. 6 in. (before serum), 4000 ft. (after serum)
Demonstrated Powers: After ingesting the growth serum, Wilbur Fiske found his strength proportionally increased with his size, allowing him to lift and carry entire buildings
Comment: Wilbur Fiske's growth serum predates the growth serum created by Henry Pym (see The Man In The Ant Hill) when Pym became “Giant-Man” in Tales to Astonish # 49.
Comment: Wilbur Fiske should not be confused with Wilson Fisk, “The Kingpin of Crime” (introduced in Amazing Spider-Man # 50) whose real name was revealed in Daredevil # 170.

Kirby at his surrealistic best. And a cute tale to go with it. If Wilbur HAD passed out at that size, what do you think hed cause when his titanic form hit the ground? Im plenty sure looking back, he realised he was luckier than he knew. The charge could have been mass murder!

How did his clothes grow with… oh, never mind. I should stop questioning comic logic.
Though I will mention that in just that front picture he must be crushing thousands of people to death.
