The cover looks like an early rendering of the Fantastic Four's character “The Thing”…wonder what he looked like in the actual story? Anyone willing to post a few panels to see if I'm right in my theory?

You can see the splash page here - The Martian Who Stole a City. He looks like this in the whole story: fuzzy orange with bug-eyes, not really resembling his cover appearance that much.
