THE RETURN OF THE ANT MAN is a classic cold war comic book. When I was a kid, my buddy had a coverless copy of this issue, and I traded some good comic books for it. I just loved to see Ant Man beat the creepy commies that I heard about daily on the TV. I knew as long as we had our super heroes, the commies would never win a battle against America!

Hi,
While he is not my favorite charactor I like Ant Man. The helmet look was good.
The hood without the big metal helmet image was also good. It was also easier
to switch from Ant Man to Giant Man.
I found some of the 1970s stories more interesting. There was one involving
an arsonist setting his failed sweet shop on fire, while Ant Man fought the
Scarlet Beetle in the basement of the burning building. Ant Man won and the
arsonist ran out of the building into the waiting hands of the police.
There were some good stories with this charactor.
Henry Pym has only had more alternate identities than any other super hero as well.
