I read this comic yesterday and I can hardly believe how stupid it was. There is nothing attractive about it at all. Kirby's art is uninspired and this was while people like Curt Swan were doing beautiful work. Stan Lee's story barely made the cut as a story. An eight year old would have found it pretentious. In the back is a Don Heck story and a Steve Ditko which are so silly, I don't even remember them. Actually the best thing in the book is seeing Sol Brodsky's inks on Kirby. They are not bad. Still, a comic can't rest on the quality of its inking. If it was a movie, it would be Battlefield Earth.

Hey Ron,
What do you do with your time when you're not complaining about Ant-Man stories? Man! You carped about TTA 36, 38, 40. They're comic books! You're not reviewing Chaucer for God's sake. Take a nap man, you're cranky.

When I am not complaining about Ant-Man I am buying Ant-Man comics on Ebay! What else? I stand by my review Anthony. There were all kinds of great comics being done in the early sixties. I don't think TTA 36, 38 or 40 were among them. You can find some of my more positive reviews right here on this website, Anthony. I wouldn't dream of compairing Ant-Man to Chaucer, Anthony. But compared to the FF of the time, Spiderman, X-men, Avengers shortly after or Batman, Superman, Flash or Green Lantern at D.C., many of the Ant-Man comics were quite bad.
